One Hour Training Plan
- Jog a lap of the oval as a team
- Run through's (a group on each post running to the end of the square) – jog, sprint, sidesteps, grapevine, lunges, leaping for marks, touching the ground, open and close the gates, high knees and kicking your bum
- Stretches in a circle – really important to stretch so you have a less chance of injuring yourself
